Manage A Practice


This course provides training in the skills and knowledge required to manage a Pilates/clinical health practice according to the size and scale of the business. It will apply to a range of health settings where health services are provided with direct client contact involved, with contextualization to reflect Pilates specific workplace requirements, issues and practices.

Completion of this training course as a continuing education program grants PDPs/CECs as noted upon completion and will also provide eligibility for RPL for anyone going on to complete their Advanced Diploma of The Pilates Method 10538NAT, as Manage A Practice HLTCOM503B is a unit of competency drawn from the Advanced Diploma Pilates.

This program is lengthy and requires solid application to complete. You will be given 3 months to finalise completion, although the unit can be undertaken in much less time. This training program will train participants in:

  • Establishing and implementing management and reporting systems

  • Managing finances for a establishing new enterprise
