Pilates International Training Centre (Pilates ITC) is a rapidly expanding, national and international operation, based in Perth, Western Australia delivering Courses and Professional Instruction Pathways in NSW, QLD, SA and WA.

STUDENT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

PART TIME
16 – 24 Hours / week (0.4 – 0.6 FTE)

Are you an Administrative All-Star; Master-Multi-tasker; with a “can-do” attitude and genuine desire to help and meet the needs of Students? Our powerhouse, HQ-crew needs someone to hit the ground running and support Student Services and administration.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Administrative experience – ideal if you’ve worked in vocational training or for a Registered Training Organisation but not essential for the right person!
  • Sales experience and or exposure to sales processes.
  • Top-notch customer service skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, effectively and nurture prospective, and current Students.
  • We need you to be comfortable with “tech” and digital channels; general office duties; and excel at written and verbal communication.
  • Professional, attentive, and accurate in your work; prepared, responsive and willing to meet a challenge.
  • A genuine desire to help Students and be part of a team.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Student Care: be a key point of contact for current Pilates ITC Students with questions about their enrolment, or facilitating support for coursework queries.
  • Administrative communications: writing and circulating key milestone and follow-up correspondence to Student cohorts across the country.
  • Assist the Admin and Compliance Manager with enrolment- and Student orientation-correspondence and processes.
  • General clerical and administrative duties as directed.
  • Sales Support: assist with Course enquiries via telephone, email and social media.

SALES AND CAREER ADVISOR

PART TIME
16 – 24 Hours / week (0.4 – 0.6 FTE)

Are you a born salesperson, with a sunny personality and a penchant for chatting all things health and education?

Our powerhouse, HQ-crew needs someone to hit the ground running and support our prospective students through the journey of selecting the right career and education provider for them.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, with a demonstrated ability to work to KPIs and targets.
  • Previous experience within the Education sector or within Quality Assurance is desirable.
  • Experience in or knowledge of the Pilates industry is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Stakeholder relationship building and rapport.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Be the key point of contact for prospective students and nurture their journey from prospect through to enrolment.
  • Assign, create and update sales leads using the Pilates ITC sales pipeline and following the sales procedures.
  • Manage, action and close leads for prospective students in line with KPIs.
  • Data management of lead details in the Pilates ITC systems.
  • Identifying new markets and opportunities for obtaining prospective students and promoting continuing education events through developing relationships and networking in the Pilates Industry and the broader related industries.
  • Assist in processing enrolments for student Courses and Continuing Education in line with the Student Handbook, either directly or by coordinating with the administration team.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and sales leads, working with leads to understand their needs and recommend suitable learning pathway, courses or training products.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective students according to the Pilates ITC value set to ensure a positive customer service experience.
  • Evaluate feedback and provide to the marketing team who will utilise for market insight and trends.
  • Liaise with Marketing to ensure courses information and marketing is up to date, allowing accurate and timely nurturing of leads via digital touch points.
