learn more about blossom hereBlossom will “wake you and shake you” in this one-hour Matwork Masterclass. Not. To. Be. Missed.
In this immersive and practical workshop, Blossom will dive into the less common Wunda Chair repertoire. She will take you through a selection of these lesser-known exercises: demystify and explore how to broaden and deepen them to apply for clients with specific needs or issues, as well as those seeking new challenges.
Blossom has found that many of the less frequently taught exercises can accommodate a range of client needs and therefore deserve more attention! Add to your existing Wunda Chair repertoire with accessible new exercises, variations and progressions.
Join Blossom for a one-hour Matwork Masterclass, exploring Advanced Matwork repertoire.
An immersive workshop of repertoire and strategies that Blossom uses to progress clients from their initial consultation through the repertoire. This is an interactive workshop with repertoire applications relevant to client progression, along with discussion and demonstrations of the client experience.
A very rare opportunity to learn how Blossom inspires such devotion from her clients through her strong lineage of training and her own developed techniques, progressions and management of client needs and motivations.
This workshop explores a collection of exercises from Kathy Grant combined with traditional Pilates that focus on how the arms attach to the body. Blossom plays with ideas on how to use the upper extremities to strengthen the symmetrical or asymmetrical torso and learn how to effectively implement these tools for clients.
Drawing upon her 3D Symmetry work, Blossom will impart her deep understanding of how to work with repertoire to address arms, shoulders, upper torso, head and neck issues and postures, that is so important in the modern day.
